🛍️ Vendor Information
Set-Up:

Begins at 9:00 AM — no early arrivals

You must arrive by 9:30 AM to complete set-up on time

🧺 Flea Market Spaces – $15.00
48 spaces available

Size: 20’ x 20’ (Grass Area)

Tables not included

Vehicles may be parked within your reserved space(s)

🎨 Craft Show Spaces – $15.00
20 spaces available

Size: 10’ x 10’ (Under Pavilion)

Picnic tables provided on a first-come, first-served basis

🍔 Food Truck Vendor Rules
We are accepting 3 food trucks with different themes/cuisines (e.g. BBQ, tacos, desserts, etc.)

Instead of a flat fee, 10% of total sales will be collected as your vendor contribution to the event

Set-up begins at 9:00 AM

Food trucks must remain for the duration of the event (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Trucks must be fully licensed and insured

Space is limited – early reservation is encouraged

🔖 Reservations
Spaces are not pre-numbered

Assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on number of spaces reserved

Want to be next to a friend? Arrive together in line

🗑️ Trash Policy
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space

Please bring your own trash bags

Dispose of all waste, cardboard, and debris in the provided dumpster

Do not leave items behind — Help us keep the park clean and reduce event costs!

Available at the Community Park Pavilion

Enjoy delicious food and drinks from local food trucks during the event.
