Join us for a fun and unique Watermelon Stroller Strides Workout. We’ll use watermelons as weights for a quick, full-body workout that’s equal parts fitness and laughter.

What to Bring:
A watermelon (any size you can safely lift!)
Water and a towel

We’ll sweat, smile, and enjoy watermelon after class for a refreshing snack. It’s a perfect way to shake up your routine and have some fun!
