We are back with a BANG for our August open day โก๐งจ๐ฅ
We have ben busy making improvements to the track and venue during July ๐ฅฐ
A new raised section has been added along the back straight, fitted with lights underneath so your shell will look AMAZING as it passes underneath!
We have an incredible straight that now runs across the track ๐ฑ
The PERFECT opportunity for the most EPIC entries and backies, not only that, there is a proximity censored clipping point at the apex! Get within 10mm of the wall and you'll see the lights go from red to green ๐
But that's not all, the corner has a dip on the outside, NIKKO style! (Google it) So your car will look EPIC with the N/S/F wheel skimming the surface as your chassis tries to lift a front wheel ๐ (If only we had the grip).
That is not all, we will also be showing our Slide House team shells for the very first time in all their glory ๐
Keith from Sl1d3 Customs has been working VERY hard behind the scenes for MONTHS while he cuts, paints and prepares an EPIC array of shells. Each and every shell is a different make and model of car, all with the same design and we can not WAIT to share them with you!
How many? We hear you ask, you'll need to take your shoes and socks off, because you'll run out of fingers counting them all!
DS Racing LF4 tyres and Topline are our control tyres. They MUST be scratch free!
We had a driver, (lets call him Bryan) use a pair that had been used on PVC (not Ptile ๐) on our last open day and badly scratched the track, so DO NOT be like Bryan.
Parking on the access road and yard at the front, keeping noise to a minimum please.
We like a laugh, so fetch a smile and an open attitude. We do this to switch off from the world for a few hours, so do exactly that!
