Come hang out in our cozy art studio and go on a soothing sound journey that helps you tap into your creativity and discover more about yourself. You’ll get to relax, vibe with the music, and let your imagination flow through your paintbrush.

As the calming sounds of crystal bowls fill the space, you’ll feel the stress melt away. Let your body and mind relax while you use watercolors to paint whatever comes to you—shapes, colors, feelings, or even full-on visions. There’s no right or wrong way to do it!

This sound-and-art session is all about reconnecting with yourself, feeling more balanced, and having fun with self-expression. Sound baths like this can help you feel more relaxed, focused, and emotionally clear. It’s like hitting the reset button for your brain and body.

No art skills needed—just come as you are and be open to exploring! in the comfort of the art studio and experience an immersive sound journey dedicated to tuning into your creative frequency and self-discovery. Connect to your innate creativity and indulge in the playful dance of your brush, as the sound flows through your body. Using watercolors to express any visions, feelings, forms or colors that emerge during the sound experience. This auditory sanctuary will rebalance and restore your mind, body, and spirit through the healing powers of art and sound.

Sound baths leave you feeling lighter, more at ease, and deeply connected to the world around you. The beautiful pure tones of crystal bowls will soothe you into a state of relaxation as your nervous system goes from sympathetic (fight/flight/fawn) into parasympathetic (rest and relaxation). Sound healing can reduce stress, balance energy flow, enhance mood and self-awareness, improve sleep, promote mind-body connection, release emotions and provide cognitive clarity.

No art experience or skill is needed, simply a willingness to be open and experimental!
