Gnocchi Making Class

At this class, participants will learn how to make this traditional Roman dish from scratch using both the Ricotta method and Potato method. Guests will enjoy their Gnocchi with a Sage Butter Sauce and a Marinara Sauce with Garlic Bread and Salad in the Cafe after. Alcohol can be purchased in the cafe to enjoy with dinner. This class is appropriate for ages 8 and up. ​ Gluten free option is available!
