Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice used for stress reduction, relaxation, and the promotion of healing. No previous experience or background is required — just an open mind and a willingness to learn.



Course Description:

This one-day course is the beginning level of Usui Reiki training. You will:

Learn the history and principles of Reiki

Gain a basic understanding of the chakra system

Learn basic healing techniques and hand placements

Practice scanning the body for energy imbalances

Receive your Reiki Level One attunement

Participate in hands-on practice

Receive class materials and your certification



After completion, you will be able to give Reiki to yourself, your family, friends, and even pets. The day will begin and end with a guided meditation.
