Nothing is more heartbreaking than when your adventurous furry friend goes missing. The best way to ensure they make it back home safely is to have them microchipped. When a lost pet is found, animal services professionals can quickly scan for a microchip and contact you right away.
On Friday, August 15, from 5:00–7:00 p.m., Kyle Animal Control Officers have partnered with Prevent a Litter (PALS) of Central Texas to offer free pet microchipping for Kyle residents at Steeplechase Pavilion Park, 295 Hallie Drive. No appointment is necessary, but note that microchips are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
