River Rat Regatta

It is a cardboard boat race. Each crew brings a boat made of cardboard, glue, and duct tape. You start at the boat ramp and you are timed to the bridge. Prizes for best decorated, best titanic, and places of 1st-3rd adults and children boats by time.
