There's something absolutely magical about the energy and support of a group. It's truly a bonding experience. We'll discuss where our joys and challenges are in our lives and explore our Breath together. Possible experiences can include release of trapped emotional trauma, greater relaxation & enlightenment, and resolution of confused energies. Please bring a yoga mat, your nest items, water, a journal, and bring a snack to share for afterwards, if you like. $44 Pre-registration is required.
