Equipment Hand Outs 3rd-6th Grades

🧰 Equipment & Volunteer Checks Required
To receive equipment, you must bring two separate checks:

$250 for Equipment Deposit
$200 for Volunteer Commitment
Equipment will NOT be distributed without both checks β€” no exceptions.
Checks will be returned or destroyed at the end of the season if the equipment is returned and volunteer hours are completed. If you no-show on a shift you signed up for, a check will be cashed.

πŸ“… Equipment Pickup Schedule
Held at the Community Center from 5:45 PM–8:00 PM:

Tuesday, July 29: Grades 7–8
Wednesday, July 30: Grades 3–6
Thursday, July 31: Grades 3–6
If you’re unavailable for your pickup date due to travel or other conflicts, please email the board to make alternative arrangements.
