HIIT morning workout

30-minute duration workout which includes 2 mins of walking (faster) and 30 sec of running on repeat. After 30 minutes we can include 30 mins of regular walk but not necessary.

It is perfect HIIT workout for those who don't like to run, need a bit slower pace or don't like the routine.
We will meet 1-3 times per week, rain or shine.

Location: Coquitlam/Port Moody/Port Coquitlam. It can change.
