Join Erin for this special pop up after a summer break! Yogalates is a 45-minute class that blends classic pilates mat exercises with the fluidity of a yoga flow class. This class builds core and abdominal strength along with stretching and opening through yoga postures. Each class is different and often utilizes props such as blocks, weights, balls, and pilates circles to challenge the body, mind, and spirit!
