Free Community Yoga

Ahhh .. gentle movement, breathing and meditation to the sound of the water gently lapping. Exactly what the doctor ordered!

We are excited to host this FREE class for our Freeport community all summer. Classes will take place at Winslow Park in Freeport (must pay entrance fee for park). Bring your own mat or towel, and meet us on the beach!

*Weather permitting. Pre-registration is not required; however, you must pre-register for class in order to receive a text or email notification from us if class is cancelled due to weather.
