2025 SALON des Refusés

August in busy, busy, busy but you do not want to miss this launch!

Wednesday 6th August at 5pm we are opening the SALON des Refusés as part of our grand opening of Outstation Gallery!

Now in its 13th year, the SALON des Refusés honours the work of First Nations artists whose submissions to the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Award (NATSIAA) were not selected—but whose art continues to inspire and captivate.

This year’s exhibition is presented in two parts: first, view a curated selection of works through the windows of our new Waterfront Gallery. Then, enjoy a short walk to the nearby Pop-Up Gallery at E4A (beside Oyster Bar) to experience the second part of this compelling exhibition
