Our BARRE sessions blend dance, Pilates, Yoga, and somatic movement for a full-body workout that’s both gentle and powerful. Taught by a seasoned dancer certified in Simonson Technique, this class teaches people to self correct based on how it feels, not how it looks.
We use props like light weights, yoga balls, chairs, and resistance bands to help all bodies—young and old—build strength, mobility, and awareness. Easy to follow, deeply inclusive, and highly effective, this is movement for everybody and every body.
