*Meet at the top of “Four Mile”. All the way in the back of the forest, where the pavement ends*
Join KV Trails at our next “First Saturday” monthly trail event and workday. For the month of August, we are focusing our efforts at Kanawha State Forest.
With your help, we can move some dirt on Saturday, August 2nd at 9:00 AM. Show up 30 minutes early to join a representative of our Trails Committee for coffee, donuts, and relevant trail-related information. We will have a brief tailgate safety meeting prior to the start of work.
If you plan to attend, tools that you may consider bringing include:
· Mattock or heavy-duty hoe
· Hand Saw
· Steel Rake
· Loppers or Pruners
It is highly recommended that you also equip yourself with sturdy shoes, leather work gloves, and eye protection.
