About the speaker:
Wildfire mitigation specialist with the Austin Fire Department. Studied forestry at Cal Poly Humboldt with an emphasis on wild land fuels management. Worked with the U.S. Forest Service as a wild land firefighter and wildlife technician. He has experience in utility vegetation management working as a contractor in Northern California and for Austin Energy.
