Tanya Hollifield has ventured down a new creative outlet in her McAll Project.
The McAll Project is an art Project by Tanya Hollifield which is inspired by the Betsy McCall paper dolls printed monthly in McCall’s Magazine that she played with as a child. Her take is Andy the Androgenous Paper Doll, in contemporary settings and includes outfits that add to the storylines. Tanya has collaborated with other writers to bring this to life. Through stories and fashion and various Andy characters, The McCall Project reflects current times both socially and politically.
The opening reception for the roll out to the McAll Project is August 1st at M2 Gallery from 5pm-8pm and will be open to viewing through August 16th.
