With our round 17 bye on the horizon our club dinner will be held at the Macedon Village Hotel on Thursday 7 August. This will be a great way to connect with our local pub, enjoy some good times and a great feed. Dinner can be ordered from the full menu on arrival. Arrive from 6.45 and get the orders underway.
Joining us on the night will be arguably one of the greatest Cats to pull on a jumper in the AFL. Tom Hawkins played 359 games for Geelong, kicking 796 goals. Hawkins is a three-time premiership player, a five-time All-Australian, and won the Coleman Medal in 2020. He is also the Geelong Football Club's games record holder. Joining Tom on the microphone will be our own Matthew Dick.
The bistro is booked for us with 130 seats, this dinner is open to players, supporters, Macedon Junior Football Netball Club players and family. Put this in the diary now, lets fill the room and make this an evening to remember.
