3-day writing residency for young Indigenous women writers. across Nepal.

The Pomelo is palnning to organise Women Writing Residency on the theme “The Relationship of Indigenous Women with Land and Nature.” supported by Goethe-Zentrum and hosted in collaboration with Gan Research & Learning Resource Centre (GRLRC). This residency is designed to offer space for emerging indigenous women writers from across Nepal to explore personal and collective narratives through facilitated workshops and peer exchange. The main objective of this program is to: Collaborate and create original essays that will contribute to the growing English writings from Nepal & South Asian feminist literature, especially in terms of women’s writing. These creative non-fiction narratives will later be published in a booklet format for wider distribution in Nepal.
