Join Amy for a nurturing workshop combining myofascial release and mindful yoga, designed especially for sensitive bodies and those who favor a gentler approach to body work.

Using a soft, squishy ball and a curiosity mindset, we will tap into our body’s innate messaging to guide us away from unhelpful pressure and towards sensation that feels “just right”. Think, “Goldilocks”!!

This explorative practice honors the body’s own inner knowing without force or strain, all the while honing both our proprioception (the ability to know where we are in space) and interoception (often referred to as “the hidden sense” because it reads our internal signals and is connected to emotions).

Yoga reminds us that every movement, every mindful breath and every transition is an invitation to come back to our own healing rhythm. This workshop is perfect for those experiencing persistent tension, fatigue, or anyone seeking a softer approach to self-care.
