FOOD VENDORS, must be approved by Karen Osbrey (call WINY Radio 860-928-1350) and have a completed Town of Putnam completed food vendor application, plus all the appropriate permits from NDDH (Northeast District Department of Health).
NON FOOD/ARTIST/CRAFT VENDORS (ie: non-profit organizations, businesses) MUST be approved by Karen Osbrey (call WINY Radio 860-928-1350)
