How can we use yoga to improve low back pain and core strength? What can cause low back pain and how can we prevent it in our practice?

In this 90 min workshop you'll learn how to engage your core properly, you'll dissect good postures and caution postures in relation to different back conditions. Then you get to flow and practice everything you've learned for the last 30 minutes of the workshop.
