Yoga instructor Cassie Quigley will be teaching monthly chair yoga classes in person at Malvern Public Library! Chair yoga is an all-inclusive practice that uses a chair as a supportive tool in modified yoga poses. It gently stretches and strengthens key muscles while staying safe and respecting your body's limits. Attendees will begin by doing seated poses and then gradually work to standing poses to improve balance.

Cassie is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and has an additional certification in chair yoga. She has been teaching yoga since 2021 and practicing since 2017.
