Breath - Day Retreat

A day retreat exploring the breathing body in movement and meditation. Every cell in our body breathes and releases oxygen, nourishing and giving life to all we do and are. Together we’ll slow down, notice, and wonder at the subtleties, sensations and dance of our breathing bodies.

We can explore and get curious about how movement informs stillness and how the stillness infuses our dance. Each practice is a meditation and we’ll be growing our receptivity to listen, to shape and to be with unfolding experience - present in our breathing bodies and with a kind heart.

Each day will include guided movement and meditation, time to follow your own dance, to rest and to connect with others, all held within the forests and hills of beautiful central Scotland. You are welcome to attend one or both days.
