Thousand Oaks Rotary Street Fair

This year Wizard will be at a new fair. He is super excited because it’s HUGE with an estimated 19,000 people in attendance. It’s the 33rd Annual Thousand Oaks Rotary Street Fair. Wizard will not be at his normal fair, where he was a vendor for FIVE YEARS!!!
