Ladies Blethers

Hello ladies.
Our next session is on Monday the 4th of August.
Here is the line-up:
Welcome our new members
Exciting opportunity but you will need to be quick! Our lovely Vicki Diamond is kindly offering 6 x 10 minute taster sessions for the bargain price of just £5, and will be donating the pennies to Ladies Blethers. I will post a picture in the chat with the treatments and times available. We will be setting up a private area in the tea/coffee room. It's time to take stock of our wee group as I'm concious we are growing, people have some amazing ideas and we really haven't had the chance to check-in around things like:
** How things are going?
** Do we need anything? (Looking at funding)
** What else would you like to do in the sessions?
** Future guest speakers
** Supporting the wider community - any ideas?
** Thoughts on supporting the Foodbank with their family Crimbo hampers (will bring info)
** 2026 - Planning as I need to get dates booked with the CISWO.
** Anything else you can think of as this group is for you and I want to do things you feel are of value
We also welcome back our smashing ladies from ScottFit - Lesley Cochrane and DS DS who are going to show us 'Prickle Balls'.
And to finish we will have our wee game of bingo.
Important:
Still lots of spaces on the Christmas Shopping trip on the 30th of November so please share with your friends and family as need to get bums on seats, even if they don't want to come to the High Tea afterwards
Over 20 of us are booked for the Xmas Party night on the 5th of December at the CISWO. Please let me know if anyone else needs tickets and I will double check I have everyone who said they wanted to come in the next session as I know on Monday it was bus
I need to get numbers for the wreath making night. I think we agreed to do this on Monday 24 November. I have priced everything so the cost will be £13.50 which includes the following:
** Artificial Wreath (you can make a new wreath as the seasons change)
** Outdoor lights for your wreath
** Wreath hanger
** All materials and goodies for decoration
** Your own Christmas bag to take your new wreath home with you
I appreciate not everyone will want to do this and that is absolutely fine. I will have a Christmas Craft box for you to make cards, decorations etc. Or just come and chill and have a good cuppa and blether, the Christmas tunes will be on.
There wasn't a huge interest in the Panto but we can discuss on the 4th, or get in touch if you can't be at the session but would like to go. I think we were looking at the matinee on the 28th of December at the Adam Smith.
To members who have not joined us for a session because of the belly butterflies holding you back, please get in touch. We really are a fab, and supportive group of ladies who will give you the warmest of welcomes and will make sure you are not sitting alone.
The table of freebies, table to sell, and table of books to take and swap will be available too.
Lastly I want everyone to feel included therefore if there is an event you would like to take part in but due to financial pressures can't please please get in touch. The money we take in from sessions helps to buy things, but I am also happy to contribute towards events if it means you can be included. Let's remove as many barriers as we can.
