Women’s Picnic in the Park 🌷 A Casual Gathering for Connection

We weren’t meant to do life alone! 🌸🫂
Whether you’re a mom, a student, working, healing, growing, exhausted, excited (or all of the above) - this is a space for you. 🫵
Community doesn’t just happen, we have to build it. That starts with showing up. Meeting new people. Letting strangers become friends. Making space for each other - even if it feels awkward at first.
💭 “The price of community is discomfort.”
And it’s real. It’s uncomfortable to introduce yourself. To go somewhere alone. To be the one who invites people. But I think it’s worth it. This gathering is me leaning into that.
This isn’t a huge event or anything formal; just a little meetup at the park to be outside, connect, and exist together.
Hangout on blankets, chat, snack, maybe bring something creative (coloring, journaling, or whatever feels right).
No pressure, no schedule.
✨ I had the idea to do something artsy like painting, but I’m not able to fund supplies for everyone, feel free to bring something to do with your hands if you want, but don’t feel like you have to.
Truthfully, I’m nervous and awkward too. But I want this. A space where women can meet, breathe, and maybe leave with a few new friends.
If that sounds like something you’d be into, come hang out. Bring a friend, or come solo and I’ll be your friend. 🤍
•BYO blanket and snacks. 🧺
•KIDS WELCOME! We will set up close to the park. 🛝
•I will bring cases of water, music, and some community snacks. Feel free to bring something to share! 🫂
