Embark on a transformative journey as we explore the beauty of our local environment through a mindful, sensory meander. Engage your senses and deepen your connection to yourself and nature as you observe the world around you.
During this unique workshop, capture your experiences through the art of sketching, breaking down barriers to free expression. This movement and sketching meditation not only calms the mind and body but also nourishes the soul.

Choose from three identical sessions, each lasting one hour, and discover the tranquillity that comes from blending art, mindfulness, and nature. The morning session is wheelchair accessible but it is recommended that those in a wheelchair are supported as it will be through the woods.
