Weird and Wonderful Plants at Milton Road Library

Come and join team members from the Cambridge University Botanic Garden and explore some amazing plants and seeds! Meet the biggest seed in the world and check out the ant plant! Find out about the seeds of an orchid that we can eat and a plant that sets seed once it has been in a forest fire!

Once you have had a look at our weird and wonderful exhibits you can plant up your own pot with salad seeds to grow and harvest at home.

This event is part of this year's Summer Reading Challenge.

Please note that both children and adults require one ticket per person. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

This event is aimed at children aged 4+ and takes place in Milton Road Library, which is wheelchair accessible. There is a baby change and an accessible toilet on site.
