Craft Workshop Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and while we aim to be as accommodating as possible, the following cancellation policy applies to all our craft workshops:
Deposit: A £10 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. This deposit covers preparatory materials and administrative costs.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund, as materials and arrangements will already be in place.
Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to explore options for rescheduling. Please contact us at your earliest convenience, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
