Singing bowls relaxation

Arrive and ground. Move with your breath. Go gently and mindfully. Open the body, invite the flow.
Lay down, slow down. Let go of the body. Relax and melt. Soften and allow. Be encompassed by healing frequencies. Be touched by sound. Dissolve into rest. Be reminded you are energy vibrating.

We start with a short, centering meditation, followed by some gentle stretching to open the body, as the singing bowls begin to sing their song. You are then invited to lay down and be guided into deep relaxation and rest, while immersed in pure sound vibration.
Being held in a safe space of trust, we allow for restoration, calm and peace to enfold us. Being supported by these loving sounds, we find space to be, and return to self.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. You may wish to bring a pillow and blanket to be warm and more comfortable.
