The Blackwood Marathon is a five discipline relay like no other – covering running, canoeing, swimming, equestrian (optional) and cycling over a 60km+ course that follows the contours of the Blackwood River, winding through forests, private farmland and rolling hills in the stunning Blackwood River Valley.

Now in its 46th year, the event brings together athletes, families, locals and adventurers for an unforgettable day of challenge, camaraderie and country hospitality. Whether you’re chasing a PB, forming a social team, or stepping up for the solo Ironman/Ironwoman challenge – this is your chance to be part of something legendary.
