Key Largo Yoga currently offers free classes to the community on a monthly basis. This month come learn about what ELSE we have to offer at Key Largo Yoga besides our weekly yoga classes!
We have certified instructors who offer sound healing, energy healing, private instruction, LifeBreath classes, and Yoga Therapy. We have some workshops coming up, and we're even doing a monthly book club!
Join us this evening to learn more - like what to expect in a Reiki (healing energy) session, why sound baths are valuable (and why everyone loves them!), when is the best time to sign up for a private yoga session, and what you can achieve with a personalized Yoga Therapy session.
We'll answer all your questions about these services, and close this evening's session with a short sound bath so you can experience the healing sounds and vibrations of our extraordinary crystal bowls.
No experience required. All are welcome and encouraged to attend, including active studio members.
