The C&O Historical Society's 54th annual conference is coming! From September 11-14, 2025, our members from all over the country will assemble in the City of Athens, Ohio for the gathering that brings together enthusiasts of Chesapeake & Ohio history. In addition, our conference is open to non-C&OHS members for an additional $10 per person.
Highlights this year include presentations at the Ohio University Inn & Conference Center (331 Richland Ave, Athens, OH 45701), a rail excursion on the Hocking Valley Scenic Railway, presentations by our authors and historians, special model exhibits, and our traditional banquet. All activities will be held at the OU Inn except for the rail excursion.
The Ohio University Inn & Conference Center is delighted to offer preferred rate of $129.00 per room, per night (plus applicable taxes) to those visiting Athens, Ohio with the Chesapeake & Ohio Historical Society.
