Get to know YOUR body and yoga practice better! Kelley will help you build 6 yoga poses from the ground up. No flow, just focus.

This is an opportunity to get clear about where your knee actually is, are your hips parallel, where your head and shoulders should be, and what it means to be aligned in specific poses. Each participant will receive individual assistance within this group class.

In this session you will refine and align:

Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II)
Extended Side Angle (Utthita Parsvakonasana)
Triangle (Trikonasana)
Pyramid (Parsvottanasana)
Half Moon (Ardha Chandrasana)
Twisted Half Moon (Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana)

Bonus pose: Compass (Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana)
