This 45-minute drop-off program for ages 13–17 helps teens build confidence, strengthen social skills, and form meaningful connections — all through the power of music! 🎶 Led by a board-certified music therapist, the group meets weekly and focuses on active listening, problem-solving, conflict management, and effective communication through music listening, lyric analysis, songwriting, and more.
