The word Pilates stands for "stronger core." Mat Pilates is a fitness program geared toward enhancing your daily functional movement by targeting core strength, balance and total body coordination.

Participants can expect the following outcomes with regular attendance: Increased flexibility Increased core strength

This is not a high level class, but some Pilates experience may be useful. We recommend those brand new to Pilates to have a personal training session first to become familiar with Pilates motions and cues.
