This class focuses on multi-disciplinary aspects of health, such as cognition, central nervous system function and mobility. Line dancing helps balance, coordination, brain memory, and increasing cardiovascular health.

A multi-modal dance class for all levels to enhance cognition, muscular response time, mobility and mental health. No dance experience needed, but standing is a requirement of class.
