Join us for a weekend of hands-on workshops where you’ll learn traditional skills using natural and repurposed materials — all designed to support the wellbeing of people and planet.

📍 Dunedin School of Art, Otago Polytechnic
Choose from a range of workshops including:
• Rag rug
• Patchwork
• Whisk, Hand and Pencil brushes
• Felting bowls
• Spoon carving
• Sharpening
Our talented craftspeople — Douglas Horrell, Gemma Stratton, Mirrabel Oliver, and Annie Mackenzie — are heading south to share their skills as part of the Resourceful Craft 2025 programme.
This Ōtepoti tour is generously hosted by the Dunedin School of Art at Otago Polytechnic Te Kura Matatini ki Otago, with thanks also to Res.Awesome (they really are awesome). Huge thanks to Creative New Zealand for their continued support of Rekindle’s work.
