Yoga for Back Pain

Therapeutic Yoga is a very effective way to reduce tension-related back pain permanently. Join Zelinda to learn why tackling back pain requires two important steps:

1. Reduce tension by gently improving flexibility
2. Slowly increase strength to improve posture and body mechanics

Zelinda will guide you through a gentle yoga practice to begin releasing tension and relaxing your back. You’ll also receive a printed version of this practice so that you can continue working on your own at home. This practice is adaptable and appropriate for people with all kinds of bodies; please don’t let anything deter you from signing up! Contact us with any concerns you may have - we’d love to help you resolve your back pain!

*This workshop is designed for people who have back pain due to muscular tension. If your back pain is due to a different issue, please contact us for guidance. Private yoga therapy may be recommended.
