2025 August Day Event - Jon Blum's Time Rift Screening and AGM

Our next Sydney day event will be held at Club Burwood on Sunday the 10th of August. As an extra special treat, author Jon Blum will be joining us for a screening of his legendary fan-film, 'Time Rift'. This is a newly spruced-up version of the film, so even if you've seen it before, you've never seen it like this. Jon has even promised to bring along the blooper reel, and there may be some appearances by special guests via Zoom. We'll also be holding our Annual General Meeting after the Day Event, so stick around for the latest DWCA news, and for the election of the new Committee.

Day Events are fun, casual gatherings where you can mingle with fellow Whovians and discuss all things Who. There will be the usual Doctor Who themed games, screenings and other fun activities and you'll receive a ticket for our lucky door prize upon entry. Plus, the DWCA shop will be opened and stocked with all sorts of goodies including new Big Finish releases, action figures and DVDs and Blu-Rays (including the newly released 'War Games in Colour').
So come along to Club Burwood for a day of Wilderness Years fun with a Doctor Who Literary Legend. We'll see you there!
