Celebrate 25 years of artistic excellence by flamenco dancer and choreographer Siudy Garrido alongside the Siudy Flamenco Ballet Company in a dazzling evening that brings together the most iconic moments of a vibrant and successful career.
This commemorative performance features a selection of Garrido’s most outstanding choreographies from productions such as Amor Brujo, Bailaora and Flamenco Íntimo. At the heart of the program is the world premiere of a new piece in memory of José Luis de la Paz, the company’s longtime music director and virtuoso guitarist, made possible through the support of the Dance Miami Choreographers Award. Deeply personal, the piece showcases Garrido’s creative vision and emotional depth, blending tradition and innovation in tribute to an unforgettable musical partnership.
Joining this celebration are special guest artists, including flamenco dancer José Manuel Álvarez from Barcelona and renowned dancer and actor George Akram, along with the full Siudy Flamenco Ballet Company.
The experience will be further enriched by an impressive large-scale cinematic video projection, directed by Juan Parrilla, with live musicians from Spain, Venezuela and Cuba. Scenic and visual design is by Pablo Croce, winner of an MTV Video Music Award.
