Calling all Cub Scouts, Junior Scouts, and Senior Scouts! (Boys & Girls) It’s time to bring your creativity, skills, and Scout energy to the skies.

📍 Venue: President's College Ground, Rajagiriya
⏰ Arrival: 7:00 AM sharp (registration closes at 7:30 AM)
💵 Fee: Rs. 600 (see details in documents)

🏆 Compete for:
- Most Creative Kite
- Largest Kite
- Smallest Kite
(with separate categories for each section and gender)
