Level: Open for all dancers, gymnasts, and movers - Previous dance experience is recommended but not required.
This continuous physical practice allows you to reconnect to your body and the wildness within. The practice is improvisation-based, with its methodology derived from concepts of flow, effort, and sweat. The practice aims to bring the body and mind into a readied state of awareness, playful creativity, and sensitive focus. With these tools, we strive to further our knowledge by investing in set phrase material. By practicing coordination, rhythmical phrasing, and shifting physical qualities, each participant enriches their movement language and nourishes their passion to move.
