Following the steady beat of the drum, like the pulse of the sea, you are invited to connect with your breath, body and spirit. Honoring the natural cycles of life, you may surrender to the healing rhythm of the tides and rediscover your own inner shoreline of peace.
No prior experience is needed, this is a monthly group as we continue our connection to honor our commitment to ourselves!
Bring a blanket, a notebook and anything else you may want for comfort. Time will be given after our journey is complete for reflection & discussion. You may also bring an item for the altar to be infused with the sacred energy which will be returned to you after the journey has concluded.
Pre-registration is required and investment is $35 and an open mind.
