BISON STRENGTH (PUSH & PULL)

All Athletes will complete a Mandatory Opening Lift.

This event is a LB for LB style competition so that everyone can achieve there best lifts and even may break a record or two ???

LB for LB champion for male and female athletes will be determined by the top 2 lifts and body weight.
If you would like to take part in this then you will need to weigh in on the day

We will use the dots scoring system to determine the winners of each event

Each Athlete will be given 3 Lifts to achieve the best lift

Event 1 DEADLIFT

Deadlift Bar - Suits Allowed, Straps Allowed (No Sumo Stance Allowed)

Event 2 - OVERHEAD PRESS (AXLE or LOG)

50mm Axle/Wooden Mens Log 13" Womens Log 10"

Any style of press allowed just as long as its not off your head!!!
