2025 Pie In The Sky Festival

Most of you know how this all works but if you're new - welcome!
Pie Festival started in 2003 with Michelle and her friend Kristi Jendry. They wanted to have a music party with a pie contest, inspired by other friends who were doing chili cook offs and having bands play. The first one was so fun they did another the next year and it just became a tradition. When Michelle moved from her farm, Eric Ahlteen offered his farm to continue the tradition of Pie & Music. This will be the 7th festival hosted at Troubadour Farms so thank you Eric very very much for your wonderful hospitality!

Park in the field next to Eric's house -follow the signs.
5:00 Start time for Potluck & Music.
Bring a camping chair or blanket and a dish to share. Also BYOB.
I will provide vegan chili, mac n cheese, veggie burgers and hot dogs on the grill along with buns and condiments. Bring a little cash to put in the pie winner jar and some for the bands.
Pie Contest Schedule: Entries due by 6:00. Rules are no savory pies, no cheesecakes-that is not a pie! The 3 criteria for judging the pies are crust, filling and appearance.
Music Schedule is TBA but so far we have Holly Moretti, Al Smyth, Eric and Ben Ahlteen, Intermittent Animals, New Mother Nature and more to come!
If you want to donate to the bands we'll put out a tip jar and Venmo or Paypal codes.

6:15 Pie tasting may begin!
7:00 Susan & Friends Pie Festival Song
Then Announce Pie Winner!
8:00 Ben Lamb fire sculpture.
