My 2nd Annual Open Studio will showcase my Oil and Cold Wax Abstract Paintings, plus acrylic paintings.
Known mostly for my pottery (Big Hill Pottery) I have also been painting for well over 20 years. These abstract paintings are created by laying down many layers of paint - I love this process and by responding to each new layer of history I find the composition.
There will be pottery for sale, and the studio/showroom will be transformed into a space that will highlight my painting process. Sketch books, tools, exploratory pieces and other inspirational material will be on view.
