Help your child ease the transition into a new school year with this fun and supportive yoga & breathwork workshop. Two Sessions: Designed for ages 6–9 and 10–13, each session will include calming breath techniques, playful yoga movement, mindfulness activities, and tools to manage back-to-school jitters.

Kids will learn how to use their breath to feel grounded, confident, and in control—whether they're heading into a new classroom, facing a big test, or just navigating change.

We'll explore positive affirmations, self-awareness, and ways to create calm when things feel overwhelming. Each child will leave with a few take-home tools to support their emotional well-being all year long.

No yoga experience needed—just come ready to move, breathe, and have fun!
